Effectiveness:
- The unit may not be effective on all pets. After 20yrs of sales, and more than 50k units sold, we've observed a 94.7% success rate.
- Some cats may require up to two weeks for the device to be effective. Please allow two weeks for your pet to acclimate before requesting a return.
- The product may not be effective on cats under 1yr of age, white cats, or Maine Coon cats.
- This product is designed to be inaudible to dogs. However, we do receive occasional reports of dogs being affected by the device.
Return Policy:
- Return postage is the responsibility of the customer. We do not issue pre-paid return labels.
- All returns will be tested by our technicians to determine if the unit is defective.
- If the device is found to be working properly, we will refund the original purchase price, excluding any shipping costs.
- If the device is found to be defective, you may opt to have a replacement sent at no cost or a full refund of your original purchase price. Reasonable and customary return shipping expenses (i.e. Standard not Express) will be refunded for defective product returns.
- All returns must be received within 30 days.
