    Impressed with the inventory and honestly though nothing is perfect Rich my sales manager is always on top of everything and makes sure the customer experience is top tier.     Terrible to work with. I had several orders where items were broken, damaged or misrepresented. In the beginning I tried to reach out to my sales rep but received absolutely no help. I still made a small profit so I went with it. In November I purchased a coat for myself. Tracking showed it was sent but then it was lost in shipping. I called 888 lots twice and emailed twice. No response. So I opened a claim on my credit card. Because I opened a claim 888 lots closed my account. (They clearly have enough disputes opened that it is a major issue for them). I simply wanted my money back for an item I did not receive. I am fine with no longer purchasing from the company but shutting off access to my accounts and reports needed for tax purposes is simply unethical. There is always a risk purchased returns but I expect customer service and integrity in the process. I hope this helps someone else! I would not make any large purchases and assume there is no customer service. Order # 2410198099
