    GREAT COMPANY! Quality products and great prices. Rich Citrin is the best at helping me find great products and deals to help me grow my business. He helps me feel confident about the quality and price that I receive with each order. The few times I’ve had issues with products (I’ve ordered thousands of products) customer service always responded and acted quickly to resolving my issues and I’ve never been left stuck with anything.     I am updating my review, and I am extremely frustrated because, as I mentioned in my initial review, I am completely justified in my concerns and still wish to work with this company. The pot I ordered a month ago has yet to be shipped, and I was repeatedly told there was an IT issue. After persistently following up, I was informed that they had located the pots and that they would be shipped soon. However, two weeks have passed, and no one has responded or provided any updates. I recommend you avoid wasting your time with this company. If you are serious about doing business, I strongly advise staying away. As I mentioned earlier, many of the Google reviews are fake, so do not rely on them. This will be my final review.
