The Spirit ski sweater for women is made of 100% skin soft Merino wool and features a two-way zipper in front, padded flag-colored stripes on the shoulders, and elbow padding. The star pattern originates from the classic Norwegian eight-petal rose and has been sharpened and crystallized, inspired by Chinese paper folding (called zhezhi) and Asian cartoons. Padded letters spelling “Norway'' are knitted discreetly into the back and are only revealed when the light casts shadows. This jacket is part of Dale of Norway’s extensive Spirit collection, consisting of basic, mid-and outer-layer garments and accessories.
Caring for wool Our top tip: wash wool less frequently. Wool is naturally odor and dirt-resistant and can easily be refreshed simply by hanging in the fresh air.
