- All our sales are final. If you have any issues with your order, please reach out to your sales representative or access our order support page here.
- All claims for shortage or shipment errors must be made within 3 business days of receiving the shipment. For manifested Lots a 3% variance is expected.
The customer is responsible for retaining all necessary documents to file a claim. Failure to supply the requested documents within that time frame will result in the order no longer being eligible for a refund.
Required images to file a claim:- Outside shipping label with a visible tracking number
- Inside the box to show how it arrived
- UPC/ASIN label from the item
- Other item images to support the claim
- If the claim is approved, the customer is required to ship the products back to us to receive a refund. An RMA reference number will be provided to you upon approval of the claim along with shipping instructions, and no products will be accepted without an RMA reference number. RMA number will be valid for 7 business days and failure to return the product within that time will result in the claim expiring and the order no longer being eligible for a refund.
- The customer agrees to pay the return shipping costs on ALL returns, regardless of the reason. We offer heavily discounted shipping rates on all outgoing shipments based on this agreement. We recommend using a trackable shipping service and purchasing shipping insurance.
- The refund will be limited to the invoiced value of the products.
- If an action is commenced to enforce payment as herein provided, the customer consents to the exercise of jurisdiction over it by any state or federal court with the state of New Jersey and agrees to pay such sums as the court may fix reasonable attorney fees and court costs.
- Payment of Invoice/Order either directly or through a third party is regarded as acceptance of the terms of this policy.
