Live video from the paired baby unit can be viewed on the parent unit. The system uses digital 2.4 GHz FHSS technology and offers a wireless range of up to 520 feet within line of sight. In addition, DECT technology ensures secure digital communication and no interference from other wireless electronic devices commonly used at home. Baby unit features 8 IR LEDs to capture clear images in low-light conditions. The built-in photo sensor detects low ambient light and automatically activates the IR LEDs. Up to 4 baby units can be paired with a parent unit. The parent unit offers controls to adjust the volume and brightness. The alarm function triggers a 45 second alarm on the parent unit every 2, 4, or 6 hour period. The video on/off button turns the LCD display on or off, but leaves the audio monitor on.
