Do you require a resale certificate?
Yes, in order to work with us you need to have a valid resale certificate unless you live outside U.S. If you are an international customer you will have to provide a valid business registration from your country instead. Stock Radar is a feature on 888Lots that lets resellers and retailers “watch” upcoming wholesale and liquidation products before they arrive in our warehouse. When enough buyers show interest, we work to stock those items and notify watchers first. Once the product becomes available, watchers get exclusive early access for a limited time (usually around 12 hours) before it’s released to all customers.

Sell to Us lets you sell your overstock directly to 888Lots. Y ou submit your quantity and price for items we’re currently buying, and our team responds with accept, decline, or counteroffer. It’s a fast way to turn extra inventory into cash.

How can I participate in Live Auctions?
You can be notified about our auctions by joining our WhatsApp channel or by clicking on the notification on the platform once there is a scheduled event.

Who can participate in Live Auctions?
Live auctions are available for watching by everyone but only verified B2B buyers with an active 888lots account can bid and use the chat.

What information is provided for each auction item?
You can see the name of the product, including the brand and a product photo next to the livestream. The host shows the product on video and can answer questions from the chat.

What is the minimum bid amount?
Bids start at $1 but this can be changed by our team at the start of each auction.

Can I cancel or retract a bid?
No. Once a bid is placed, it cannot be canceled or retracted. We recommend reviewing lot details carefully before bidding.

When do I need to pay for the products on live auctions?
Payment is required only after the end of the auction, when the won items are automatically added to the cart. Please note, just like in other online auctions, we do not charge the bid amounts during the live show. Prompt payment after that ensures fast processing and shipment.

Customer is responsible for shipping cost, but we handle the shipment from our warehouse to your door. For Lots, We offer a flat $12.00 per box shipping rate. For Individual items and all other shipments, shipping is calculated based on weight and size of the shipment.

We work with reliable carriers such as DPD, FedEx, Mothership.
