Headache after headache and no respect at all. From my sales representative I had an issue with the invoice and the way it was sent also I received a wrong item and when I applied to sell the invoice was not accepted I have previously asked if I could return any item and my sales representative Jacob Antebi told me I had 10 days to return and he did not explain me tithe NO RETURN POLICY also the communication was originally through WhatsApp and I can see when he got the my messages and visually saw the message but no answer so a usually call the 800 number and I was transferred to him and he would say he is not in the office or he was not working that day or that week long story short somehow after many emails and calls back and forth a return number was created and it took forever to get my money back and weeks went by and no answer and I start to look like the bad guy because miscommunication and unprofessionalism of my sales representative and when I finally get my money back after 2 months of starting the return I could not access my account and see any previous invoices or purchases Ive made and after I called my sales representative he never got back to me and when he answered he told me that was something wrong with my browser another lie so he clearly knew what was going So unfortunately because a unprofessional and disrespectful sales representative I can no longer do business with 888
