Honestly had my doubts going in, but this turned out to be a great business partner. My rep Raphael has been on point from day one, responsive, professional, and easy to work with. Communication is clear and he actually picks up/responds when you need him. Had a few damaged units on my first order and he handled it fast, no drama.
